​Why is there a semi-colon in Bronwen’s W;sh Logo?

The semi-colon symbolises suicide awareness, mental health struggles and resilience. Stemming from where “the author is you, and the sentence is your life,” meaning you chose not to end it but to continue. It signifies surviving suicidal thoughts, attempts, or honouring those lost, acting as a statement of hope and solidarity for those battling depression, self-harm, or other mental health challenges, representing that the story isn’t over.

When people look at our Logo “Bronwen’s W;sh” we want the semi-colon to signify that we are a charity supporting mental health, or even prompt someone to research the meaning of the semi-colon and raise awareness.
